Your first visit takes about an hour: a 3D scan, low-dose X-rays, a full examination and a conversation about your goals. You leave with a written plan and costs for anything we recommend.
Bring your insurance card and photo ID.
Bring a list of any medications you take.
Send us your insurance details beforehand and we’ll confirm your coverage.
Emergencies
We keep two emergency slots open every weekday. Call (718) 555-0142 before 11:00 and we’ll see you the same day for pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a lost filling.
Knocked-out adult tooth: hold it by the crown, keep it in milk and call us straight away.
Outside opening hours, the answerphone gives our on-call advice line.
For facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
