Aftercare
For 48 hours, avoid strongly coloured food and drink such as coffee, red wine, curry and berries.
Some sensitivity for a day or two is normal. A toothpaste for sensitive teeth helps.
Avoid smoking, which quickly re-stains freshly whitened enamel.
Use your custom trays for a top-up night or two every few months.

Yes, when it is supervised. Peroxide gels lighten teeth by breaking down stain molecules inside the tooth; they do not remove enamel. We check your teeth first and adjust the strength if you are prone to sensitivity.

No. Restorations keep their original colour, which is why we check them before we start. Sometimes we suggest replacing a front filling afterwards so it matches.
